Recreational Programs
BUSY BEE 1 PARENT & TOT (1 to 2 Years Old) 45 Minutes
This class is designed for toddlers and their parents to participate in basic gymnastics while interacting with other children and an instructor. At this level the students learn educational gymnastics. They will develop their basic motor skills, confidence, balance, coordination, and social interaction in a fun filled positive atmosphere.
BUSY BEE (2 & 3 Years Old) 1 Hour
This class is designed for toddlers to participate in basic gymnastics without their parents, while interacting with other children and an instructor. At this level the students learn educational gymnastics, structure, and discipline. They will develop their gross / fine motor skills, confidence, balance, coordination and social interaction, in a positive atmosphere.
BUSY BEE 5 (4 – 5 Years Old) 1 Hour
This class is designed for young athletes to participate in more advanced gymnastics, while interacting with other children and an instructor. At this level the students learn educational gymnastics, structure, and discipline. They will refine their developing motor skills, confidence, balance, coordination and social interaction, in a fun filled positive atmosphere.
CAN GYM Beginner 1.5 hours
This class is designed for young athletes to learn the basic gymnastics elements. They will learn skills on the Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor and Tramp, which will enable them to move to the next level.
CAN GYM Intermediate 1.5 hours
This class is designed for girls who have mastered the beginner skills or are at least 7 years old. They will learn a combination of the skills learned in the beginner level and a set of progressively harder skills.
Boys Gymnastics
Boy's gymnastics is a physically demanding and highly specialized sport that involves performing a series of strength, flexibility, and coordination exercises on various apparatus. The sport is characterized by its emphasis on power, precision, and skill execution.
Performance 2 hours
This class is designed for girls who have mastered the intermediate skills or are at least 8 years old. They will learn a combination of the skills learned in the beginner + intermediate level and a set of progressively harder skills.
TG BEGINNER 1 Hour
Athletes build on the basic skills learned on the trampoline and are introduced to the basics on the tumbling floor, double mini & tumble tramp.
TG INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED 1 ½ Hour
The intermediate trampoline and tumbling class is a continuation of the direction provided by the beginning class. Students expand their trampoline and tumbling abilities with careful attention to the level of safety required when learning more advanced skills
