Parkour

Our Parkour Classes are suitable for all levels of ability. In a parkour class, you will be introduced to different movements such as jumping, vaulting, landing, climbing, running, balancing and swinging. In a typical class you will be introduced to unique skills, systems, and habits to grow better confidence and body awareness. While doing parkour, you will run up walls, jump between objects, swinging between bars, vaulting over things, etc… In parkour, it isn’t about one step at a time, but how many steps you can jump at once!.
